Minimum Experience 6 months to 1 year

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and overseeing office maintenance, repairs, and security procedures
2. Coordinate executives' calendars and schedules, which includes arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
3. Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and financial documents to ensure financial transparency and compliance
4. Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members as required, which involves assisting with project coordination, preparing meetings, and accurately entering data
5. Welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and hospitable reception, and help and direction with any inquiries they may have
6. Coordinate the logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all arrangements are executed smoothly
7. Establish and maintain organized filing systems, databases, and office supplies to facilitate efficient day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field preferred or equivalent qualification
2. Proven experience in office administration or administrative support roles
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
