Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
2. Finding placement opportunities
3. Building and nurturing relationships with industry partners
4. Planning and coordinating placements effectively
5. Completing necessary documentation for placements and onboarding
6. Acting as the primary point of contact for both candidates and employers
7. Coordinating with various industry professionals to understand their hiring needs
8. Arranging interview facilities for candidates
9. Collecting feedback from both candidates and employers to improve our services
10. Supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as offer release and updating candidate databases

1. Minimum Graduation in any segment or MBA in HR or marketing preferred
2. Prior experience/Internship in job placement, career counseling, NGO, or related field
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Be available for up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 mins each on Google Meet with progress updates
