About the work from home job/internship
Flexible remote working conditions with a commitment of 6-12 hours weekly. 6 Months internship to start with.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing financial records accurately using QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial tools.
2. Assisting in payroll processing, managing employee records, and ensuring timely financial operations.
3. Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flows, and handling financial transactions via company credit cards and bank accounts.
4. Preparing, sending, and tracking invoices, and managing client communications effectively.
5. Calculating and filing taxes, including GST, ensuring regulatory compliance across financial operations.
6. Utilizing various financial management tools to streamline operations and deliver precise financial reporting.

Other requirements
1. Actively enrolled in a CA program or a related degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar fields.
2. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks (Training will be provided), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
