About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building client relationships
2. Liaising with prospects and existing clients
3. Utilizing client data analytics
4. Formulating HR policies for clients
5. Investigating new HR tools and practices in Indian industries
6. Assisting in client hiring processes
7. Overseeing end-to-end HR tasks for clients
8. Identifying current HR trends and client needs
9. Managing the organization's social media platforms
10. Collaborating with marketing and associated agencies
11. Ensuring quality and timely actions through client coordination
