About the internship

What we are seeking: We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as a support executive for the sales and sales operations team, who will be responsible for document and records management, and account reconciliation, utilizing analytical skills to perform tasks related to maintaining and organizing records.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining the active and inactive records including the electronic records information system
2. Establishing standardized departmental filing systems for both paper and electronic records
3. Organizing the records and effectively maintaining complete records for all dependency files
4. Assisting in resolving problems and locating missing information
5. Ensuring that all files are properly maintained, stored, archived, and accounted for
6. Overseeing general office duties
7. Maintaining all vital documents and establishing new filing procedures

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience
3. Develop and maintain cooperative and professional relationships with employees
4. Experience with records management, word processing, spreadsheets, and related software to complete a variety of tasks
5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact
6. Attention to detail and organizational skills
7. Ability to work independently and within a team
8. Multi-tasking, collaborative, diligent, open to learn
