About the internship
The implementation executive is responsible for supporting the quality of delivery of our enterprise software to our clients. You will be reporting to the associate manager for executing field deployments at large industrial clients across India.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Delivering successful field deployments of Maximl s flagship product at client location
2. Performing all administrative formalities required as per the norms of the factories or plants
3. Managing deployment logistics, asset management devices, and personal protection equipment
4. Collecting data from client and conducting all data processing for bootstrapping product
5. Handling on-field interaction with contract partners of the clients for on-the-job training and hardware support
6. Assisting with manual and automated report circulation as and when required from the client
7. Providing on-site support to the client for the flagship products
8. Onboarding and training of the users on the products
9. Following and implementing the measures defined by the respective managers to ensure the success of the deployment
